Loyalty Card

You can apply for a Loyalty Card in person at Mavericks on the Bay. Below are the terms and conditions of membership.

Membership Terms & Conditions

The Mavericks on the Bay membership program and all of its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of management.

Membership

Membership is by invitation only.
Membership is personal to each member and is not transferable.
Members can only have one membership.
Members cannot combine their membership with that of other members.
Membership commences from the date your application is approved and you are issued with your membership card and number.

Validity

Points expire at end of each financial year
If the member does not generate any transactions during a 12 month period, all previous points will be lost without notice or any possibility of restoring or converting them.

Earning Points

Redemption

When a point is redeemed, the points corresponding to the membership number will be deducted from the member's account.

General

There is no cost to join the program.
Points are not redeemable for cash and have no value until presented for redemption in accordance with the terms and conditions of this program.
Members have no ownership interest in accrued points and do not constitute property of the members.
The member must keep the card secure at all times. If lost of stolen, the member must immediately notify management.
Members will be charged a $10 fee for the replacement of lost or stolen cards.
Management does not guarantee or warrant that any or all of the benefits will be available at all times. Management reserves the right to cancel, change or modify the program at any time.
Management reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the program at any time without notice.
If the program is suspended or cancelled at any time unredeemed points will be cancelled.

Termination and Liability

At any time, the member may decide to cancel their participation in the program.
Membership cancellation implies complete and total withdrawal from the program.
This withdrawal causes all data pertaining to membership to be deleted from the program database, along with all points remaining in the account at the time of cancellation.

Termination by Mavericks on the Bay

Any use of the membership card in contradiction with the current terms and conditions may result in the immediate cancellation of membership and its benefits, including the cancellation of points accrued.
On death of a member, the membership will automatically terminate.
Management may terminate the membership at any time without notice.

Consequences of Termination

All benefits, offers and rewards will be forfeited on termination of membership. Mavericks and will have no further liability to any member on termination of member's membership.
